My Grand Europe Tour A Year After Post

Last September, I took a vacation to Europe for 14 days which was actually very short to explore and enjoy three amazing countries of Italy, Austria and Germany.  I had the time of my life! I met super amazing people and got to see even more amazing places. The first leg of the tour was Rome, Italy. Rome is one of my favorite cities in the world. This city is full of history. Every place you go there's always something worth discovering. Every turn in streets & pavements, is a walk through history that dates back thousand of years...I have always been fascinated by the Roman Empire, the renaissance and the Catholic church history. Being a Catholic, it is very special for me to see the center of Catholicism, the Vatican. It was an awesome feeling to be in those places and looking at the arts and architectures that I used to just read in history books. There were no words to describe my feelings while I was exploring the St. Peters Basilica. It is one of the most magnificent structures I have ever seen in my life. It is all works of art from floor to ceiling. Everything is made of marble and ivory and everything is so exquisitely handmade that it just blows my mind away.

Two days were not enough to see all the places I wanted to see but I was able to go to a Wednesday mass celebrated by the Holy Father, toured The Coliseum and the Vatican Museum, walked the historic streets of the old city of Rome and shopped at an outlet center of Castel Romano in port Civitavecchia. I was tired and exhausted and my wallet was dwindling, Huhuhu!

Some photos of St. Peter's Basilica:

On the third day, our tour bus left Rome before the break of dawn for Venice. It was a ten hours trip via Assisi. And this is going to be the second part of the four series of this post.

Hey there exceptional blog! Does running a blog such as this take a lot of work?
I've very little knowledge of coding however I was hoping to start my own blog
soon. Anyhow, should you have any suggestions or techniques for new blog
owners please share. I know this is off subject
however I just needed to ask. Thanks!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
